The United Democratic Party will today go to the IEC’s regional offices across the country to file nominations for 48 candidates out of the 53 National Assembly seats in April’s elections. The 48 candidates will include most of the seating NAMs elected in 2017. That year, the party won 31 out of the 53 seats but later expelled 8 who have shifted allegiance to President Adama Barrow.
