This marks the third consecutive year Mr. Dadey has received the accolade.

He also clinched the CEO of the Year – Public Private Partnership (PPP) Technology Sector award at the same ceremony.

The dual recognition awarded at the Ghana CEO Summit in Accra reinforces Mr. Dadey’s reputation as a transformative business leader driven by purpose, innovation, and ethical governance.

The high-profile summit brought together more than 500 top executives, policymakers, and entrepreneurs from across West Africa on the theme: “Leading Ghana’s Economic Reset: Transforming Business and Governance for a Sustainable Futuristic Economy.”

It served as a dynamic platform for dialogue on leadership, digital innovation, sustainability, and collaboration between the private and public sectors.

Mr. Dadey’s leadership has been instrumental in positioning KGL Group, especially its subsidiary KGL Technology, as a key player in Ghana’s digital transformation journey. KGL Technology currently ranks No. 1 in the ICT category at the Ghana Club 100 Awards, a testament to its impact across the technology, gaming, and telecommunications sectors.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Dadey attributed the award to the collective efforts of his team and partners: “I am profoundly humbled by this honour. This recognition is not a personal achievement but a reflection of the extraordinary commitment of the entire KGL Group team. I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to our partners and stakeholders, whose trust and collaboration have been instrumental in our journey.”

He also lauded President John Dramani Mahama for attending the summit and for encouraging dialogue between the government and the private sector.

“By recognising the private sector not as mere economic actors but as a true engine of progress, this administration has created a fertile ground for innovation and shared prosperity.”

During his interview with the media, Mr Dadey highlighted the importance of homegrown innovation and inclusive solutions for Africa’s development.

He cited KGL’s approach to public-private partnerships as a model for economic transformation tailored to Ghana’s unique realities.

“Every region faces unique challenges, and our role as African entrepreneurs is to design technology that adapts to our realities,” he said. “At KGL Group, we believe the most sustainable solutions are those created by us, for us.”

KGL Group continues to uphold strong corporate governance and transparency, guided by its ethos that business must be a force for good.

Through its CSR wing, the KGL Foundation, the Group supports initiatives in education, healthcare, and social empowerment, extending its impact beyond the boardroom into communities across Ghana.

Mr. Dadey’s recognition at the 9th Ghana CEO Summit not only reaffirms his legacy as a trailblazer in ethical and inclusive business but also underlines his ongoing commitment to national development through innovation, empathy, and leadership.
