Africa-Press – Ghana. The fourth edition of the annual Ghana Models Awards Juniors will be held on October 25, 2025, as a new generation of young modelling hopefuls demonstrate their abilities.
This announcement was made by Mr Jerry Wonder Sampson, the awards scheme’s founder and director, who also stated that the venue for the event would be confirmed later.
According to Mr Sampson, the purpose of the platform was to encourage young potentials to pursue their dreams in the modelling industry.
He added that the event was different from talent shows, as it sought to amplify the potential of nominees.
“Ghana Models Awards Juniors is different. Here, we celebrate who you can be and not just what you can do. We focus strongly on potential and not only talent because potential is directly linked to your purpose and goes as far as impacting the society also,” he stated.
This year’s event, being its fourth anniversary, promises to come with some surprises for guests and the nominees with the inclusion of special awards and a special guest.
The reigning overall models at the Ghana Models Awards Juniors are Alvin Amfo Boakye as the ‘Overall Male Model of the Year’ and Awurakua Nyamenaose Cromwell as the ‘Overall Female Model of the Year’.
The Ghana Models Awards Juniors is an event that celebrates the potential and achievements of child models in Ghana and not necessarily of Ghanaian heritage.
