The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) will commence purchases for the 2022 Light Crop cocoa season on Friday, 24th June, 2022. “The producer price to be paid at all buying centres is GHS 316.60 per load of 30 kilograms of Grade I and II cocoa beans naked ex-scale or GHS 600 per bag of 64 kilograms gross ,” a circular signed by the Mr Joseph Boahen Aidoo, Chief Executive Officer, COCOBOD, said.
“A tonne of 16 bags is GHS10,560,” it added.
