Daniel Bampoe (L)
The Eastern Regional reporter of DGN Online, Daniel Bampoe, has been honoured by the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA).
Mr. Bampoe beat competition from Daily Graphic’s Samuel Kyei Boateng to win the best Crime and Court Reporting journalist of the year award during an awards ceremony organized by the Eastern Regional branch of the Ghana Journalists Association.
The ceremony was organized on Friday 9th August 2019, at the Royal Mac Dic Plaza Hotel in Koforidua.
Mr. Bampoe has been DGN Online’s correspondent in the region for more than three years and has lived up to expectations.
It was therefore not surprising that he won the competition for DGN Online over State’s own media outlet.
