Former Ghana U17 star Emmanuel Toku scores 4th goal of the season as Botev Plovdiv beat Lokomotiv Sofia

Africa-Press – Ghana. Former Ghana U17 winger Emmanuel Toku inspired Botev Plovdiv to an important victory over the weekend in the Bulgarian topflight on Sunday.

The ex-Black Starlets player opened the scoring in the 5th minute after pouncing on an assist from Mohammed Brahimi in the game against Lokomotiv Sofia.

Botev dominated the game and with 15 minutes remaining James Armel Eto’o Eyanga sealed victory for the hosts.

The win keeps Botev Plodiv third on the Bulgarian League table, behind CSKA Sofia and Ludogorets.

Toku has made 25 appearances and scored four goals for the Bulgarian side this season.
