Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey is expected to miss Amien’s game against Nimes in the Ligue II on Saturday.
Lomotey has not trained with the team for a week after being given permission to travel to his home country upon the delivery of his wife.
The former Dreams FC midfielder had not arrived in France on Wednesday evening.
Lomotey will isolate on arriving in France before joining his teammates.
Amiens SC coach Philippe Hinschberger will miss Mateo Pavlovic due to suspension and Emmanuel Lomotey in the game.
The manager will be struggling to field in a strong defence set up for the game due to the absence of Mateo and Lomotey.
Amiens is placed 11th on the league table with 30 points.
The 24-year-old has made 19 appearances for the Ligue II side this season.
