Africa-Press – Ghana. The Ghana Premier League transfer window closed on Monday, August 22, with clubs very busy in the market, as new players gets signed with others switched teams before the start of the new season.
Champions Asante Kotoko added 13 new players to their squad while FA Cup winner Hearts of Oak completed the signings of eleven players including Great Olympics forward Maxwell Abbey Quaye.
Medeama were the busiest in the window as they signed 16 players for the upcoming campaign. Accra Lions made just a single addition despite the departure of a couple of players.
