Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghana winger Joseph Painstil limped off from training during the week and could miss Genk’s home game against Sint Truiden. The Black Stars forward has been in red-hot form this season for the Belgium giants and his absence could be a huge blow for Genk.
Painstil has scored three goals in six matches and provided two assists in the ongoing campaign. It is yet to be known if he will pass a late fitness test to make the squad for the match on Saturday.
Joseph Paintil is an important member of the senior national team, featuring at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. He is expected to make coach Otto Addo’s team for the World Cup in Qatar later this year.
