Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghanaian midfielder Amadou Diambo will stay at Pescara after the club blocked his potential move to Italian second-tier side Ternana.
For days there have been talks of the possible arrival of Diambo in Terni. It is said that negotiations between the club and player are far advanced.
But Pescara president Daniele Sebastiani is not interested, saying “Diambo stays in Pescara.”
Diambo, born in Ghana, but holds a French passport, joined the third-tier club as a teen in 2020 and started with their U19 team.
He was promoted to the first team in August last year after a loan spell at Benevento.
