Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghanaian midfielder Mamoud Oshie has signed for Nigerien tip side Sahel Sporting Club ahead of the 2022-23 football campaign, GHANAsoccernet.com can report
The 23 year old is joining the Green and Yellows on a free transfer after ending his short stay with Ghana Premier League outfit Bibiani GoldStars FC.
Oshie joined the Goldstars at the beginning of last season but was unable break into the Miners first team at the Dun’s Park due to consistent injuries. He managed only two appearances in the entire 2021-22 season.
Oshie has so much experience and exposure especially having previously featured for Ghana top scorer sides like King Faisal Babes, Berekum Chelsea, Wassaman United amongst others. He is expected to play a crucial role for Sahel in the upcoming season at the Stade General Seyni Kountche in Niamey.
