Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghanaian defensive midfielder Samuel Darpoh is considering leaving South Africa as he struggles to find club, according to reports.
The 23-year-old has been without a club since July 2021 when he parted ways with Amazulu FC.
He was one of the most important players at Amazulu, under coach Josef Vukuzic and Cavin Johnson but when coach Benni McCarthy took over it was totally different story as he was released last year.
He tried his luck at Durban based ABC Motsepe league side Dynamos Summerfield but things doesn’t look good and now he has approached another DSTV Premiership side for trials to save his career.
Reports indicate that Darpoh has an opportunity for trials with a club in Pretoria and has made a promise that if it doesn’t work this year, he will go back home in Ghana.
