A member of the now defunct Normalization Committee,Naa Odofoley Nortey says she was not surprised Kurt E.S Okraku emerged winner of the GFA presidential elections.
Six persons contested for the Ghana Football Association presidency namely; Kurt E.S Okraku, George Afriyie, Nana Yaw Amponsah,Fred Pappoe, George Ankomah and Amanda Clinton.
After three rounds of grueling contest, Kurt Okraku emerged the winner and Naa Odofoley who was chairperson of the NC’s election committee says she was not surprised with the outcome of events at all.
“I wasn’t surprised about Kurt Okraku’s election not in the little bit. He literally set the pace for the election. He run a professional campaign” She told Happy Fm.
Kurt Okraku will serve a four year term after which he can seek another four year term in office.
