The three Dr.Frederick Yao Mac Palm,Donya Kafui and Bright Allan Debrah Fosu were yesterday charged and remanded by a district court in Accra for conspiracy to manufacture arms and ammunitions without lawful authority, possession of explosives without lawful authority and manufacture of fire arms without lawful authority.

Major Boakye Gyan says that the three persons lack the necessary capacity and ability for carry out the supposed plot and warns the government to stop putting words into the mouths of people as it can dent their reputation.

“The information I have does not indicate that they have the capacity to do what the state claims they are planning to do.
