Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghanaian versatile music band, Nkyinkyim Band, is gearing up for another gripping edition of its annual “Nkyinkyim X’perience,” concert on November 14, 2025, at the National Theatre, Accra.

The show brings together live music enthusiasts and fans of the group to celebrate authentic Ghanaian music, build networks, and share memorable moments.

A host of artistes and surprise acts, including Lucky Mensah, Fameye, Nana Agyeman, and Ayisi, are expected to feature at the fourth edition of the concert, themed; “The Evivi

Edition – Ghana’s Rhythm, Our Legacy.”

Seth Kpodo, a lead singer of the band, said the 2025 edition would blend live music, comedy, dance, spoken word, and related acts to keep the audience engaged throughout the session.

Nkyinkyim Band, he explained, has evolved throughout the years and will continue to maintain a deeper connection with followers in Ghana and beyond, through live events and other initiatives.

He said the choice of guest acts for the upcoming concert was to provide a distinct listening experience to audiences across all age groups, while honouring past and present talents who continue to contribute to the growth of Ghanaian music.

“Music is what we love to do and we love giving back to our friends, family and fans…people like to experience something new every day so the Nkinkyim X’perience is where you get to experience live and pure energy from the band,” he stated.

Touching on expectations, the Band Lead urged corporate bodies, businesses, individuals and patrons of live band and Ghanaian music to book their seats for the show, scheduled to start at 8pm on the announced date.

“It doesn’t matter whether you’re young or old; you just have to be there…We expect a show full of energy and unforgettable moments. This is a time to experience the band as we take Ghana music to the next level,” he added.

Early bird tickets are selling at the National Theatre for 100 Cedis while regular tickets sell at 150 Cedis. Purchases can also be made on USSD Short Code 920 126*2# (Ticket ID-Kyim).

Nkyinkyim Band is a six-member, five-piece live band which has carved a niche with their dynamic and versatile performance of immersive Ghanaian music.

Inspired by the Nkyinkyim Adinkra symbol, the band fuses Highlife, Afrobeat, Hiplife, Reggae, Funk, and Palmwine music into a refreshing and contemporary sound.

The band has two studio albums titled “Where We Dey,” released in 2022, and “Ofie Kwanso”, released in 2024, all telling melodic African stories.

Since 2014, Nkyinkyim Band has hosted live shows across platforms, collaborated with top artistes in Ghana music, and represented the nation at the 2022 FIFA World Cup D’reesha Festival in Qatar.
