The Prime suspect in the killing of two police officers in Kasoa in the Central Region has been arrested.
Eric Kojo Duah was arrested at Atimpoku in the Eastern Region on Saturday August 31, 2019
Police sources say he was arrested while attempting to cross the Adomi Bridge to escape towards Togo,Africa-press.com/ghana/ gathered.
The Volta Region police officers on guard duties at the Adomi bridge arrested him in a black Golf vehicle with the registration number GW 5972 – 18, upon a tip-off.
He has since been taken to the Accra police headquarters in Accra.
Three suspects had already been arrested in connection with the shooting of two police officers at Gomoa Buduburam, near Kasoa in the Central Region on Wednesday afternoon.
Earlier, three suspects, all male were arrested in connection with the incident.
