Africa-Press – Ghana. Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has raised further speculation about Kylian Mbappe’s future at the club.
Leonardo has hailed Mbappe while remaining coy about whether there is a contract renewal coming soon.
The Frenchman’s current deal at PSG expires at the end of this season with Real Madrid looking to snap up the 22-year-old forward on a free transfer after two failed attempts to sign him earlier this year.
“What to say about Mbappe?” Leonardo told Diario AS.
“Kylian is formidable. He is different, unique. And well, you know what we want… we will see.”
As of January 1, Mbappe can discuss a pre-contract agreement with another foreign club ahead of a summer free transfer, with Real Madrid keen to seal a deal for the Frenchman.
