Africa-Press – Ghana. The August 6, 2025, Tragedy Children’s Support Fund, has as of September 11, accrued GH¢6.5 million and $20,000.00.
A statement issued by Dr Valerie Sawyerr Senior Presidential Advisor on Governmental Affairs and Coordinator of the Fund, said the list of donors from 1st-11th September, include: NIB Ghana, Keda Ghana Ceramics Limited and Cynthia Naa Odotey.
Others are Nana Victoria Akyaa Afriyie Abrokwa, Chase Group Foundation, Kay Simmon and MTN Ghana.
The rest are Dela Radio, KGL Technology, Charles Incoom and Ghana Commercial Bank.
These donations were given in response to the Children’s Support Fund, which is aimed at ensuring the welfare of the children of the victims of the August 6 helicopter crash that claimed the lives of eight prominent Ghanaians, including two cabinet ministers.
The statement said donations might be made to the Fund via the following Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited accounts (Stanbic Heights Branch, Accra):

It said cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to: CHILDREN SUPPORT FUND 6825.
It said Momo payments could also be made via the attached payment platforms.
