Lawyer and Governance Expert, Dr Eric Oduro Osae has called on the government to put up a mechanism that will safeguard persons who fight corruption to protect the public purse.
“We must protect and support them. If the person is fighting corruption and corruption fights back, what is the protection system?” he questioned.
In an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, Dr Eric Oduro Osae noted that, “there are people in the system who are not happy with corruption fighters. It’s dangerous”.
“Ghana must support corruption fighters,” he added.
