The 26-year-old joins the HJK Helsinki for the remainder of the season with a further option to extend at the end of the season.

“I want to show everyone again how high quality a footballer I am. My first goal is to help HJK Club 04 stay in Ykkönen and thereby join HJK’s representative team”, Mensah told the club’s website.
Mensah with his experience in the Finnish Veikkausliiga is expected to help HJK Helsinki defend their league title this season.
The Ghanaian defender is currently injured and is expected to resume training activities very soon.
This will also be his fourth season in Finland after joining the league in 2017 from Inter Allies.
