Africa-Press – Kenya. Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has chaired the 22nd ordinary session of the Intergovernmental Budget Economic Council (IBEC) meeting.
The meeting was held at the DP’s residence in Karen.
The members include the County governments led by Council of Governors Chairperson Ann Waiguru.
The National Treasury is also part of IBEC.
It is always represented by Cabinet Secretary Njuguna Ndung’u.
