Ohh it pains baba seeing how these people take advantage of the fact that you’re Democratic.

But don’t worry, I believe you will win at the end of it all.

Raila and his running mate Martha Karua filed a petition in the Supreme court after they were defeated in the presidential election held on August 9.

He came second in the tightly contested race where William Ruto was announced as the President-elect.

Raila urged his supporters not to lose hope and instead be firm and steadfast as they wait for the Supreme Court verdict on his presidential petition case.

He said they are sure they won the elections and their victory couldn’t be grabbed by ‘those corrupt people’.

“I want you not to lose hope, be firm. Our victory can’t be grabbed by those corrupt people, we will take our victory and bring it home,” Raila said.

The Supreme Court verdict will see if the election will be nullified or if they will uphold Ruto’s win.

Nullification of the election would send Kenyans back to the polls, which must be conducted within 60 days, with the specific day being November 4, 2022.

If the Judges uphold the election of Ruto, he will be sworn into office on September 13, 2022.
