Africa-Press – Kenya. Nairobi Polo Club and Tusker Malt have renewed their partnership until the end of the upcoming 2023/2024 season. The Horseman’s Cup this weekend will bring together renowned polo players to kick-start the new season at the Nairobi Polo Club grounds.
Fred Kambo, the chairperson of the Nairobi Polo Club, said he is thrilled with the partnership, saying it has helped elevate the polo sport in the country to greater heights. He added that the target is to attract more people into the sport thus with the help of sponsors, they hope to achieve that.
“We are delighted to renew our partnership with Tusker Malt Lager for the 2023/24 polo season,” said Kambo adding: “This collaboration has been mutually beneficial since it began, and together we have elevated the sport of polo to new heights.”
“We look forward not only to another season of extraordinary performances on the field but also to more new players getting involved in the sport and attracting a large audience,” he added.
Tusker Malt Lager’s senior brand manager, Rediet Yigezu, said this collaboration reaffirms the unwavering commitment to showcasing the sport of polo to a wider audience and making it excel.
