Africa-Press – Kenya. A prime 5-storey commercial property located in Nairobi’s Upper Hill has been put on auction and is set to be auctioned on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

The building, Elgon Place, comprises an entrance and egress gatehouses, a basement, ground floor parking lots, receptions, offices, waiting areas, and courtrooms to the ground and mezzanine floors.

The building has a monthly rental income of Ksh5.86 million and contains judges’ ensuite chambers, kitchenettes, boardrooms, Judge’s lounge, and seminar areas.

Registered in the name of Sealink Holdings Limited, the property is provided with 13 pax lifts with a load capacity of 1,000kgs, two staircases/fire escape to the upper level, and fire hydrants situated near the entrance gate.

“A deposit of 10 per cent of the property be paid in cash or banker’s cheque at the fall of a hammer. The balance will thereafter be payable within 90 days to the charge,” added the notice emphasizing a bidding deposit of Ksh5 million cash or way of banker’s cheque will be mandatory.

The subject property identifiable as ‘Elgon Place’ is situated at the junction of Elgon Road and Upper Hill Road.
