Africa-Press – Kenya. Kericho Golf Club will host the 21st edition of the ongoing NCBA Golf Series on Saturday.
Over 60 golfers are seeking to qualify for the tournament’s Grand Finale planned to be held at the Karen Country Club in December.
So far, 95 golfers have booked their spots to play in the finale – among them three junior golfers—who emerged overall winners of their respective club events of the Series. A total of 2,836 golfers have already featured in the series that teed off in January this year.
Speaking ahead of the event, John Gachora, NCBA Group managing Director said: “We are delighted to take this series to the Kericho county. Being the 21 event in the series, this has been nothing but an amazing journey for us. This tournament has provided an opportunity for golfers around the country to showcase their talents as it has also offered us the chance to interact with our clients. As we head to Kericho for the penultimate event, we look forward to another amazing golf outing at the scenic Kericho Golf Club,” said Gachora.
After Kericho, the series head to Ruiru for the final qualifier event before the Grand Final set for the first week of December.
