Africa-Press – Kenya. Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Saturday stormed Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s Kitui backyard for a fundraiser.
This is the first time that Gachagua will be conducting an open harambee since taking office last September in opposition strongholds.
The Harambee will take place at St Charles Lwanga Secondary School in Makali Mulu’s Kitui Central Constituency.
Mulu is a Wiper MP serving his third term.
Among the government officials who are accompanying Gachagua include Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu and his Tourism counterpart Peninah Malonza.
A number of MPs are attending the event.
