[PHOTOS]: Relieve as third group of Kenyans arrives from Sudan

Africa-Press – Kenya. It was a mixture of emotions for Kenyans who had been trapped in Sudan when they reunited with their families upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Thursday.

They were the third batch of evacuees to arrive safely in the country since the government started the process following turmoil in Sudan.

The evacuees from Sudan were flown into the country through Gondar, Ethiopia.

Tourism CS Peninah Malonza was among government leaders who were present at the airport to receive them. The Kenya Red Cross Society was also present.
