Africa-Press – Kenya. President William Ruto has today joined other leaders in the memorial service of the late General Francis Ogolla.
The service was organized by the military.
It is being organized in his honor as per the Defence Forces Standing Instructions No. 5 of 2020 which stipulates how it should be conducted and individuals to be accorded.
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi and ODM party leader Raila Odinga were among those in attendance.
