Africa-Press – Kenya. ODM leader Raila Odinga has send a message of condolences to the family and friends of the late Philip Makabong’o who was the ODM Migori County chairperson.
In a statement by the Orange Party, Raila assured Makabong’o’s family of his support, especially during the difficult time they are facing.
“He further appealed to the county party leadership to stand with and support the family as they prepare to lay Mr Makabong’o to rest,” the statement adds.
The Party acknowledged the man’s dedication, courage and determination in his service, adding that he never wavered even in tough times.
The party first announced Makabong’o passing on, on Sunday.
