Africa-Press – Kenya. President William Ruto on Tuesday met with the Speaker of the Lok Sabha Om Birla.
In a statement, Ruto said that Kenya and India have shared interests in promoting global stability.
“Through investment and trade Kenya and India have promoted economic prosperity. We look forward to working together to advance international peace, tackling climate change and deepening economic ties for the prosperity of the people,” Ruto said.
The President said that Birla led a delegation of MPs from India’s Upper and Lower Houses at State House, Nairobi.
