Africa-Press – Kenya. President William Ruto who is in China for the high-level Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit on Wednesday continued to woo other African leaders for their support in Kenya’s bid for the AUC chairmanship seat.
Kenya has fronted Raila Odinga for the seat. The elections are slated for February 2023. Raila who is accompanying Ruto on the trip was present during the separate meetings held in Beijing. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi was also present. They have so far met six heads of state.
