Mentoring others is the only sure way of passing it on. We need to be leaders who are willing to pass on the baton so that we do not create a dearth in
knowledge. Learn to let go I suppose I have made you very uncomfortable by telling you that in whatever position you operate in you a temporary person.
Even if your title is managing Director, you are still temporary. This is why you should give it your best since all your assignments are casual deployments.
This knowledge should liberate you to learn to let go. It has to start with understanding delegation. Every leader needs an efficient resource delegation and deployment system which will certainly release the
