Africa-Press – Lesotho. The deadline for motorists to surrender the old number plates bearing the coat of arms has been extended to November 30, 2021. In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Transport said they made this decision after realising that many Basotho have not yet surrendered the old plate numbers as instructed by the authorities.
