Africa-Press – Lesotho. Former Zenon High School alumni have stepped up their efforts to help the school with sanitizers to help fight the Corona epidemic on Friday. One of the students who is a lecturer at a public high school (NUL) Ms ‘Masehloho’ Matjotjo explained that they are donating these grants to help Grade 12 and 12 children during this time of crisis.

He said their aim was to give back to the community and improve the lives of the students at the school. ‘Matjotjo also indicated that they will start poultry and pig farming projects and start small businesses.

These students also appeal to the school administration to keep them informed as to where they are facing difficulties in order to provide assistance where needed.

Thanking her schoolmate, one of the students, Mr Reitumetse Sempe, a 12th grader, pointed out that former students had won their hearts because the gifts they gave came at the right time. helping them clean up teaching areas and even cleaning their hands reduces the spread of Corona virus.

He also thanked the heroes of Zenon High School for being so kind to remember their old school that made them the caps they are today, and emphasized the importance of always remembering where one came from.

Thanking on behalf of the school, the school’s Deputy Principal Mr Sefika Lenka said he was grateful for the love they had shown at their former school, and encouraged them to do so regularly.

Lenka also says that while Zenon High School looks small, it has released some great caps. He said they had made sacrifices because they were separated from their family finances to complete the task, and said that was a sign of the love they had for their school.

Concluding the presentation, PMR FM Director Reverend Ben Mosala explained that his local radio station would provide an opportunity for two children who may be interested in knowing about the operation of the radio station in December while the schools are in school. they are still closed.
