Africa-Press – Lesotho. Basotho Action Party (BAP) has shown intention to oppose its suspended Deputy Leader, Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo’s court application.
Maqelepo, acted in concert with Mr. Tello Kibane, as first and second applicants, Constituency Executive Committee of BAP, Mokhethoaneng Number 27 and Constituency Executive Committee (CEC) of BAP, and Makhoroana Constituency No.20.
In this application the respondents are BAP Leader Professor Nqosa Mahao, BAP CEC, BAP and BAP Disciplinary Committee as first to fourth respondents respectively.
