Africa-Press – Lesotho. Bokamoso974 Radio Station extended its services by building a new radio studio, and introducing the Outside Broadcasting (OB) Van on its third anniversary that was celebrated on Friday.

had an exclusive interview with Bokamoso Station Manager Simangaliso Dlamini who disclosed that they built a new “world class” radio studio and announced an OB Van to ease

their commercial services. He added that Bokamoso focuses on business and entertainment hence they invited Ministry of Small Businesses Development, Cooperatives and

Marketing to address the corporate sector. “We believe that bringing businesses together by sharing ideas with private and public sectors will grow our economy

through both young people and those experienced in the industry,” he said. Dlamini said an OB Van reach people anywhere at any time. “Suppose you are having a campaign in

Thaba-Tseka, we are able to travel with you, we bring you closer to your target and that will increase your sales and engagement,” he stated. Bokamoso974 also partnered

with Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Lesotho on its campaign called ‘let’s go 50/50’ where it sourced artist for free consultation with KFC on how to improve

their talent. The Station Manager said they partnered with KFC because they serve their interests in terms of advocating for business affairs. Dlamini said Bokamoso974

has been in existence for the past three years, a very short time considering its growth, he thereby commended its followership on social media platforms.

He noted that the station is targeted at empowering youth between the ages of 24 and 39 even though less and above are still accommodated. Dlamini stated that their

aim is to have a market that is conscious enough for dreamers since they are an urban radio station which is outstanding from other stations in terms of consistency as they broadcast 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
