Tlali Kamoli and four army members are accused of the bombings that occurred in 2014, has on Monday resumed before the High Court.
The prosecution in this matter led evidence from Inspector Limpho Mahloane who testified that while on duty at Moshoeshoe II, the home of Liabiloe Ramoholi (Maesiah Thabane) with Inspector Libeso, there was a huge sound followed by a gun report and an automatic motion.
He stated that he then called Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Loke who headed the Special Operations Unit. He indicated that ACP Loke arrived with other police officers adding that the crime scene was inspected.
