Africa-Press – Lesotho. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially confirmed Morocco’s national railway operator, ONCF, as an Official Sponsor for the upcoming TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, set to take place in Morocco.
The partnership marks another significant milestone in Morocco’s preparations to host the continent’s biggest football showpiece. ONCF’s involvement is expected to enhance the tournament’s logistical efficiency, with the railway giant set to play a key role in the movement of fans, teams, and officials across host cities.
CAF expressed its delight at welcoming ONCF on board, noting that the collaboration reflects Morocco’s commitment to delivering a world-class tournament. As one of the most reliable and expansive railway networks in Africa, ONCF’s contribution is anticipated to boost accessibility and ensure smooth transportation throughout the event.
