Africa-Press – Lesotho. The High Court through Justice Maliepollo Makhetha has ordered the Registrar of the same court to summon officials from the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) and Lesotho Correctional Services (LCS) to court, to explain a complaint raised by one of the accused in the ongoing treason trial regarding his health issues.
The order was made after Advocate Kabelo Letuka, a legal representative for Litekanyo Nyakane, one of the accused in the matter, told the court that his client has not been taken to Makoanyane Military Hospital for his regular physiotherapy sessions for a month now.
