Africa-Press – Lesotho. The Court of Appeal has on Friday set aside a decision by the High Court to decline Constitutional jurisdiction in a case between Advocate Rethabile Setlojoane and the Commissioner of Police.
Adv. Setlojoane had approached the Constitutional Court seeking its intervention after the police requested him to return the money he received from Sunny Penny PTY indicating that it was part of over M50 million stolen from the government of Lesotho.
