Africa-Press – Lesotho. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that Egypt will host the 2025 edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League, marking another major milestone for the North African nation’s growing reputation in women’s football.

The Final Draw for the competition will be conducted in Cairo, Egypt, on Monday, 27 October 2025, at 13h00 local time (10h00 GMT). The draw will determine the group stage pairings for Africa’s elite women’s clubs as they battle for continental glory.

The prestigious tournament is scheduled to take place from 8 to 21 November 2025, with matches expected to be staged in some of Egypt’s finest football venues.

This will be the second time Egypt is hosting the CAF Women’s Champions League after successfully organizing the maiden edition in 2021, where Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa were crowned champions.

CAF’s decision to bring the tournament back to Egypt underscores the country’s strong football infrastructure, hospitality, and growing commitment to promoting women’s football on the continent.

The 2025 edition promises to be another exciting chapter, showcasing the best of African women’s club football, talent, and passion as champions from across the regions converge in Egypt to compete for continental supremacy.
