Africa-Press – Lesotho. The First National Bank Lesotho (FNB) has launched E-Commerce, a new mobile banking platform tailor-made for the Lesotho market envisaged to make it easy to buy online.
Through E-Commerce, clients will be able to buy and sell goods and services on digital platforms, at their own convenience.
As a digital bank, the FNB has made a product which creates convenience, security, and a very cost-effective way of online shopping for Basotho.
This platform will ensure minimal physical contact, thereby helping reduce the spread of Covid-19.
Merchant service help desk officer, Keketso Nteka, said it has become more important than ever for consumers to do online shopping using platforms that are secure, safe and easy to use and cost effective anywhere they are, especially around this time when people are expected to be isolated.
