Africa-Press – Lesotho. Lesotho College of Education (LCE) has temporarily closed due to the number of Covid-19 positive cases that were discovered within the learning institution.
LCE management has thus resolved to close the Maseru campus to protect the learners, lecturers as well as staff members. As stated in the internal memo released on June 27th, the managements of the college have due
to consideration of the seriousness of risk that this situation [has] on the lives of both students and members of staff decided that it was necessary to
close the college. After due consultation with the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET), the campus was informed as follows regarding the closure of the college in order with the current threat:
