Africa-Press – Lesotho. Leadership and anti-harassment shall be a bone of contention during a long week media training to be held in Botswana, starting on Monday.
Deliberations will be conducted at Cresta President Hotel, reported to be one of the first hotels to open in this country when both Lesotho and Botswana gained their independence in 1966.
One of the participants, Mr. Solomon Tjinyeka from The Patriot Newspaper based in Botswana said he is eager to explore, learn and report back to the audience on how best to ensure a safe workplace for all.
“Fostering a respectful, safe workplace environment as well as enforcing anti-harassment policies is an objective for me being here,” he said.
