Africa-Press – Lesotho. While Gauteng residents cosy up to weather the onslaught of freezing temperatures from Monday, southern Lesotho’s landscape has turned into a picturesque winter wonderland.
With 6cm snow engulfing the region overnight, tourists and staff lucky enough to wake up to a glistening blanket of white at Semonkong Lodge even had the pleasure of seeing the area transformed.

Adventurous tourists wasted no time in capturing the dramatic wintry scenes, including Maletsunyane Falls, one of the highest single-drop waterfalls in Africa.
