Luis Diaz opened the scoring for Liverpool in the 30th minute at London Stadium, with Cody Gakpo doubling the lead 10 minutes later.
Mohamed Salah added a third in the 44th minute at London Stadium.
In the second half, Trent Alexander-Arnold struck from long range in the 54th minute, and Diogo Jota sealed the win with a close-range finish in the 84th, securing a dominant victory for the Reds.
Liverpool are top of the table with 45 points while West Ham are at 13th with 23 points.
