Africa-Press – Lesotho. Students from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) today took to the streets, blocking the Moshoeshoe Road over delayed issuing of their allowances by the National Manpower Development Secretariat (NMDS). Police later dispersed the crowd of students.
