Africa-Press – Lesotho. The National Day of people with disability is usually celebrated on December 3 every year with people with disabilities coming together from all the 10 districts of Lesotho.
According to the statement by the Ministry of Social Development, this will not be the case owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and regulations. This year’s celebration is supposed to be held in Butha-buthe but other districts have been advised not to go to Butha-buthe for the celebration. The theme this year is “Leadership and Participation of People with Disabilities for Accessible Environment for All Post Covid-19”.
