offers skills for production of different products. Situated at Sekamaneng, Phela Mine Workers was originally established by ex-miners. It stems from a partnership between Mine Workers Development Agency and Basotho
Mine workers Cooperative Alliance. The aim of the business is to create jobs for ex-miners and their children. They are trained in production of products
from Prickly Pear, mulberry and other spiral aloe products. “I want to create jobs for former miners’ children, to feed the needy and take part in developing my community,” Mahlomola
