Africa-Press – Lesotho. Rapper and Film Producer Tee Glory has dropped an addictive new single, Highway, a beautiful composure of different beats and melodies. When listening to the song, one gets lost in the creative splendour, him switching effortlessly between singing and rap. The song dropped on June 15. Drawing from his own life experiences, the rapper said he gets his inspiration from his rough start in the music industry, he say the Lesotho music industry is very slow and can be tiring for people with no stamina.
Tee Glory said most of the time he felt side-lined in the music industry by other artists because line ups for events featured the same people all the time. So through his music he wants to change the system and become one of the most streamed artists Lesotho has ever seen. He looks up to artists who put in good work in their craft, who also push their music to the core. Nee Tebalo Sechele (22) Tee Glory released his first Extended Play (EP) in 2019. Over the years, he had worked with a lot of artists, sharing stages with the likes of Chumani from Scandal, Ba2cada and Dj Lovers. He also shared a stage with the likes of L Tore, Robocop, TURK and Others on a Nirex Show. The song Highway can be streamed on Spotify, this song is a collaboration of other two local artists; Lu Srenk and Ten 31.
